Centre for Social and Organisational Leadership (C SOL) at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is committed to advancing the global and local thinking in the practice of Organisation Development (OD), Change and Leadership. It recognizes the growing need to nurture and prepare individuals to handle complex challenges related to the change and development agenda in organisations. C SOL has been anchoring an Executive Post Graduate Diploma programme in OD and Change (EPGDODC) for experienced professionals from diverse industries across India. This executive programme is currently offered from Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi. We also offer a full-time Masters in OD, Change and Leadership (ODCL) at our campuses in Mumbai and Hyderabad. At C SOL, we blend multi-disciplinary, formal and collaborative learning by means of field-immersion in various industrial settings, human interaction labs, research dissertation, virtual collaboration programmes, coaching and situated learning experiences. C SOL is proud to have created the popular odX platform, which is built for open exchange of ideas and learning. While educating students in OD, Change and Leadership, C SOL also intends to contribute to the development of the OD & Change discipline across the globe. Transcendence 2019, our 3rd international conference in OD, Change & Leadership will be held during December 12-14, 2019 at our campus in Mumbai.
