Potluck Cornwall - Communal Dining and Cornish Collaborations "A potluck is a gathering of people, where each person or group of people contribute a dish of food to be shared among the group." In our case it's Pot luck where the next location will be, Pot luck as to what we will eat and Pot luck as to whom you'll meet. What is Potluck Cornwall? A communal dining group where you get to meet new people, eat good food together whilst supporting local businesses. It is also a chance for foodie establishments/ private homes to showcase what they can offer to a group of diners that have probably never dined with them before. I come up with different foodie ideas/ experiences, hoping that people would like to join me. Can I come by myself? My events are for everybody. There is a good mix of people, most come by themselves, some come as a couple and some book in little groups. If you do book a ticket for yourself please don't feel that you will be left all alone (I come alone, mostly). I make sure that you are welcomed and I will always make sure that people sit together so there is always somebody to talk to and meet. My hope is that people make new friendships and if you do enjoy my events and return you may start to recognise a few familiar faces along the way. Am I too old to attend? All ages are welcome. My members currently range from 27 - 70+ years, from all walks of life; each with a different story.
