We provide Customer service, sales and support for companies such as major theme parks, cable, home phone, internet providers, cellular phone providers, tax software, roadside assistance, and cruise ships, in which our agents service according to their needs. All calls will be inbound and will never have to cold call. It is the same concept as working in a physical call center where you take the next call in line and help with their orders, billing issues and account issues. You are able to choose the client(s) you want to service and the hour slots you want to work. Compensation is paid on an hourly rate and it depends on each client. Your hourly rate can be as high as $22 per hour with the average being around $9 per hour.
