AZAB Ltd is a developer of web-based lead generation systems for business professionals, and is the brainchild of Richard Winder, a qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor of over 25 years standing, and Jeremy Driscoll, an MBA Graduate from Portsmouth University, and an independent business and internet marketing consultant for over 15 years. The first website to be launched using the system was Local Building Surveyors, a surveyor search and home survey price comparison website. In October 2015 AZAB launched the Moving Centre, a one-stop-shop price comparison website aimed at home movers, making use of the Local building Surveyors lead generation engine and other 3rd party service quotation engines. This was followed by Local Home Conveyancers, a lead generation and price comparison site , in 2016, subsequently integrated into the Moving Centre. In late 2018, Local Mortgage Advisors made its debut, also appearing on the Moving Centre.
