Representatives looking for a central location to work from , free lancers looking to get out of the home office or need to schedule a meeting with a client find us to be ideal. We are conveniently located off Exit 13 off Route 78W or Exit 12 off Route 78E in New Jersey between New York and Philadelphia. It is an affordable location with a bit of privacy and a fabulous view of the hills of Hunterdon County New Jersey. We have three private offices, a conference room and a multipurpose space which holds between 20-30 people for seminars, workshops and information sessions. It is a space designed for people who are working on their business. Linda Reed Friedman, President of Advanta Strategies, LLC, and owner of the building, offers business workshops in “Making yourself a power professional”. We present ½ day and full day workshops in power presence, leadership and management. Topics include branding, etiquette, time management, negotiation, project management and creativity. In addition, we host an Advanced Toastmasters Club, offer mini workshops in Social Media, and our users speak about health and wellness.
