Make Music Hawaii is an annual free, outdoor day of music held statewide every year on the summer solstice. Hawaii’s first Make Music Day celebration will be June 21, 2021. Like play? Completely different from a typical music festival, Make Music Day Hawaii will be open to anyone who wants to take part. Every kind of musician — young and old, amateur and professional, of every musical persuasion — will pour onto Hawaii’s streets, parks, plazas, and porches to share their music with friends, neighbors, and strangers. All of it is free and open to the public.
