From 2000-2016, RPG Solutions grew organically through a strong focus on client service, combined with unique value-added services. Phil sold RPG in 2016 and worked for the acquiring agency for 3+ years. With the experience of growing an independent agency, combined with being a divisional CEO of a national firm, Phil took two years off to think of a better model.
