The Wee House Co. was established by Jennifer Higgins in 2013. We build modular homes with traditional character. They are commonly used as permanent residences, granny annexes and holiday homes. The houses are built as modules in our East Ayrshire workshop and transported to the customer’s plot, anywhere in the UK, for completion. Our classic range includes a Studio, One, Two and Three Bedroom Wee House but we can also design and construct homes in any size. Wee houses are ideal for building in even the most remote rural locations and can be completed in just 8 weeks!
