SKANOR GROUP is issuing another 7,000 shares for GBP 35:71 per share (~EUR 40:86), valuing SKANOR GROUP to GBP 7.42 million. The share issue will form bridge financing until grants and other funding becomes available in circa one year so we can deliver our strategic milestones for AEONIAN (e.g., patents, grant applications and feasibility studies).
