We are a privately held E & P company with current business focus in Canada, USGC & Colombia. We will invest in upstream projects where in we believe that we can create substantial value through deployment of certain core competencies associated with conventional oil & gas, heavy oil, bitumen/ oil sands and marginal fields development. We prefer to partner with both private & listed corporations having solid business fundamentals with access to capital, private equity/hedge funds with performance and investment focus.
