agaSAAT GmbH & Co. KG
www.agasaat-mais.deYoung, dynamic, yield-oriented: Within only a few years, agaSAAT Maishandelsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG has carved out a firm spot for itself in the hotly contested German maize seed market. The company established in 1993 is run today by Werner Arts and Alexander Gnann. The headquarters of the 30-strong team is located in the town of Neukirchen-Vluyn in North Rhine-Westphalia. Over 20 members of staff are employed as sales representatives, operating in Germany, Denmark, and the Baltic and Benelux states. Our own biogas maize division agaENERGIE was founded in 2009. The around six per cent market share of agaSAAT-Mais is primarily thanks to its above-average stress tolerance. agaSAAT has been researching particularly drought-resistant varieties in collaboration with prestigious European breeders for many years. Managing director Alexander Gnann: “Every year we invest large sums in research and breeding programmes – with the conviction that yield reliability is even more important for tomorrow’s farmer than it is for the farmer today.” The range includes early, mid-early, mid-late and late ripening maize varieties and can be used as silage, grain, CCM or biogas maize, depending on the variety. In addition to maize varieties, agaSAAT GmbH & Co. KG also offers grass mixes and biogas beets. Impressum: https://www.agasaat-mais.de/impressum.html
