McIntyre Environmental collaborates with consulting scientists and engineers for technical studies and analysis to support both NEPA and CEQA documentation and permit applications at the local, state, and federal level. We also provide Spanish translation and interpretation services. McIntyre Environmental prepares specialized documentation such as Encroachment Action Plans (EAPs) for managing encroachment around Department of Defense (DoD) installations and facilities. We can also help develop Aviation Installation Compatible Use Zone (AICUZ) and Range Installation Compatible Use Zone (RAICUZ) studies.
