Bruce Hart Managing Director Mr. Hart co-founded the company in 2010 and serves as Managing Director. He is responsible for strategic direction, venture partner identification and relations, site selection, product design, asset management, and dispositions. Paul Fannin Managing Director Mr. Fannin co-founded the company in 2010 and serves as Managing Director. He is responsible for accounting, treasury, tax, investor reporting, lender/bank relations, and administrative activities within the company. Jason O’Clair Vice-President of Development Mr. O’Clair joined the company in 2010 and serves at as Vice President of Development. He is responsible for entitling new projects, managing development consultants and third party general contractors and co-manages all product design and site planning.
