Developing Leaders Quarterly
www.developingleadersquarterly.comFounded in 2010, Developing Leaders Quarterly (DLQ) is a joint venture of "Ideas for Leaders" and the "Center for the Future of Organization at the Drucker School of Management, with the mission to bridge the gap between scholars and practitioners in the field of leadership and organization. Combining the assets of Ideas for Leaders and the Center for the Future of Organization enables us to leverage established content partnerships with 50+ global universities and a global corporate relationship network that provides access to real-life experiences of leaders and organizations. In the spirit of Peter Drucker, we feature a wide range of perspectives, such as artists, political scientists, anthropologists, psychologist, and more to explore current issues through less typical lenses. Each quarterly edition is dedicated to a topic of strategic importance which we explore from the perspectives of academia, business, and consulting. In addition, we publish special anthologies that dig deeper into current topics. DLQ is available both digitally and in a new format of a pocket-sized booklet for a convenient off-screen experience, making it a trusted collectible companion. More than just being a publication, our initiative is designed to serve as a catalyst for personal and organizational development, as we strive to integrate thought and practice leadership with dialogue-oriented audience engagement.
