Viskon-Aire designs manufactures and markets air filters and related products, primarily to the commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) and general industrial markets. The Company produces a focused line of air filters for commercial HVAC applications. Viskon-Aire’s air filters are used in HVAC mechanical equipment installed in buildings and infrastructure of various types. Viskon-Aire’s general industrial air filters are used in industrial and commercial processes to provide cleaner work environments. The Company’s target market has traditionally been aftermarket autobody shops, principally for use in painting applications.
