General Fitness Company started almost a decade ago in parks around the greater Philadelphia area as it's previous name, Valley Forge Fitness. It won various awards among them was Philadelphia Magazine Best Outdoor Bootcamp (2013) as well as other local awards. Since then, it recently has moved indoors and has taken the knowledge acquired from working outdoors and brought it to Bala Cynwynd as a hybrid program that is not only indoors and outdoors, but also adept at helping people achieve their potential in health, relationships, and fulfillment.
