I'm Emmy, I'm a qualified vinyasa & power yoga teacher based in London. Passionate about poetry, soul-searching, music & movement, my classes provide students with the space they need to feel grounded & empowered to feel calm, cleansed & content after. Creative & dynamic sequences seamlessly combine strength-building poses with relaxing stretches, which I uniquely present with intentional poetry & inspirational quotes.
