We joined the lions of Voltron, the worldly elements of Captain Planet, and the sass of Samantha Jones to launch our line of custom furniture, lighting, and room designs made from the reclaimed remnants of an empire. Parties thrive in backyards and restaurants, wrapped around our hand-crafted bars. Children read tales of ogres and champions beneath our chandeliers. Weary travelers rest their holy bodies on beds designed to invoke rest and riots. In short, we make dope shit. THE SKILLS Father Greg Boyle, the founder of Homeboy Industries, leads the largest gang exit program in America. Rival gang members make bread in the Homeboy Bakery. People who were taught to hate each other are finding relationships that bring kinship to their neighborhoods. As Father Boyle said, ‘No ‘us’ and ‘them’.
