Our program operates yearly and follows the school year calendar (September to August). The center is licensed for 37 children. Montlake Location: A full-day program for infants and toddlers ages 3 months to 35 months. We have openings in our infant room and are currently accepting applications for children ages 3-4 months old. Our school is open from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Our program operates yearly and follows the school year calendar (September to August). The center is licensed for 21 children. Children learn through play. At SLC, we place emphasis on the benefits of learning through play and the importance of developing social-emotional skills . By teaching students skills in self-awareness, self-management, getting along with others, and decision-making, we are giving them the foundation to be successful life long learners in society. In the report, published in the peer-reviewed journal Child Development, researchers led by Joseph A.
