Our Firm had its humble beginning in July’2006 as an idea to create an entity, whose brand will exhale & resemble the word ‘extraordinaire’ and to provide a niche in the fast changing “World of Work” by meeting the regular “challenges of staffing needs’ so as to give tailor made precise business solutions to our clients. The first step towards our goal was partnering with Jindal Group of companies, a Delhi based reputed placement firm catering to Pan India clients. This partnership was on the basic premise that Jindal Group would share there existing staffing assignments with us and we would provide staffing solutions to there clients in Delhi as well as Pan-India. Seeing the profitability in our Delhi operations, we launched our operations in Kolkata on 1st November’2006 with Sourcing & Selection Vertical. This vertical consisted of sub-verticals like executive sourcing, retained sourcing and turnkey sourcing. We started the retained sourcing sub-vertical with Financial Services Practice. At that time this practice consisted of MNCs engaged in Life Insurance Business. In a short span of 6 months we included five prestigious clients into our Financial Services Practice consisting of companies engaged in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Business. We launched our Consumer Products Practice in July’07 which consisted of companies having a Pan-India presence dealing in FMCG/FMCD. We started our Engineering & Infrastructure Practice as well as our Technology & Telecom Practice in December’07. Right now we are catering to eight (8) Industry Practices and four (4) Functional Practices. Though, our retained sourcing sub-vertical is the dominant revenue earner for us we have also done quite a few executive sourcing as well as turnkey sourcing. Keeping with our mission to become a one point stop for all HR needs, we have started our Staffing, Training, and Payroll Management Verticals.
