UK Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers （UKCSAE） is a non-profit organisation based in the UK, created for automotive industry by Chinese professionals. The idea was initialised in 2002, and formally registered in the UK in 2019. The aim is to provide support and platforms for Ethnic Chinese currently or previously in the UK’s automotive industry, to collaborate with other professional societies and organisations, and to promote cooperation and networking between the automotive industries in China, UK, and other countries. UKCSAE currently has 400 members, from OEMs, suppliers, research centres, universities and other organisations from all four countries in the UK, including members returned to China. The official WeChat account “AutoEuro” has over 20,000 followers from automotive professionals in the UK and China.
