The focus of our work is not our machines, but the customer's project. Day after day, we strive to deliver first-class results to our customers and to receive a satisfied and personal "thank you" from them. And because we believe 100% in specialisation, our customer projects are always either around a Rotaflex rotary transfer machine or a Zentroflex centre grinding machine. We are the specialists on these two types of machines. And therefore we can only deliver first-class results on such projects: Based on the workpieces and quantities to be processed, we put together the right machine together with the customer. In doing so, we also take into account the planned development and requirements of the customer, so that the machine also fits in the long term. Parallel to the production of the machine, we always run a smaller or larger project management, so that no additional agreements are forgotten and the customer is always up to date with the project. We accompany the commissioning until the customer can produce independently. If necessary, we also make improvements here and put in an extra shift. Thanks to our relationships with banks, we can also organise financing. This means that the customer does not necessarily have to invest the entire amount; he can finance the machine purchase from current earnings and thus keep his liquidity and flexibility high. Through clever spare parts management and maintenance planning, the customer has maximum machine availability. And in an emergency, we can find a spare part somewhere that fits, so that the customer can resume production immediately. For new orders or the acquisition of orders, we support the customer in the optimal process adaptation and modification of the machine. In this way, we ensure that the machine is adapted favourably, optimally utilised and extremely profitable in the long term.
