Global India Fund (GIF) is a U.S.-based non-profit organization aimed at inspiring philanthropy and service across the globe to support innovative programs and interventions in India. GIF was founded in 2007 by Dr. Amita Vyas, and has been raising awareness and support for health, education, and livelihood programs among individuals, corporations, and other donors. GIF has been awarded grants from federal agencies and foundations to partner with organizations in India on various projects focused on CSR, entrepreneurship, and gender equality.  Currently GIF is partnering with Samhita Social Ventures on GoodCSR, a platform that enhances opportunities for both NGOs and corporates to collaborate; and a TechCamp workshop for young entrepreneurs across South Asia.
