SH!FT creates, stimulates and offers process, growth and development opportunities worldwide, exploring new paradigms building new skillset together, supporting self and society to move towards a more inclusive, just and connected way of living. The current challenges we’re facing on a global and inter-local level need a whole new psychological, social and emotional approach and skill-set towards relationships. SH!FT offers in society-learning-programs, experiencing the power of building bridges between different worlds, stakeholders and perspectives, while we create new possibilities and ways forward together. The SH!FT Foundation and team is offering experiential learning programs in contexts where chaos and disruption are our teachers and we facilitate transitions towards a new way of living. In the SH!FT blog we will be sharing reflections, dialogues, possibilities and deep learnings of the work, while we move through the liminal space between stories. The primary purpose will be to hold questions together, as we believe that to really understand what is shifting in ourselves and in the field, we need to cultivate an attitude of discovery and curiosity instead of jumping to conclusions.
