City Arts and Tech (CAT) High School is a small high school in the Excelsior District that specializes in getting students prepared for a four-year university. It is part of Envision Schools, which has been transforming the lives of students through its Portfolio Defense model, which helps students gain the most important things they need to succeed in college and career: academic content, leadership skills, and deeper learning competencies such as reflection and growth mindset.
