Background: Each year, the President of the United States declares a week in late April or early May as National Small Business Week and the U.S. Small Business Administration recognizes the role America's small businesses play in our economy and our community. Maryland Winners will be recognized at the Maryland Small Business Awards Ceremony to be held in May. Maryland's premier award event has drawn more than 900+ attendees to celebrate small businesses across the state.
