We specialize in advising broker-dealers, commodities firms, investment advisors and other entities regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA and other regulators. We provide fund administration services to hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, private equity firms and family offices. We also provide services to companies in real estate, entertainment, and other industries. Integrated Solutions ℠ started with the formation of Integrated Management Solutions USA LLC (“IMS”) in 1985 by Howard Spindel (and two other founders who have since left the firm). IMS was formed to fill a void in the financial services community for operational compliance services by providing smart solutions to the every day complexities in a regulated environment. Over the years, through careful growth and thoughtful fiscal management, we have built a firm with tremendous breadth and expertise in our field. In 2005, the firm launched Integrated Investment Solutions LLC (“IIS”) to provide fund administration services to the alternative investments community. In 2014, Integrated Bookkeeping Solutions USA LLC (“IBK Solutions”) was launched to expand our accounting and bookkeeping service offerings to a variety of industries. IMS, IIS and IBK Solutions together make up Integrated Solutions ℠.
