Pilot run a UK live-digital streaming service throughout the UK. This is a bespoke service across all sectors which enables virtual audiences to see your work who would not otherwise have this opportunity, this could be because of geographical location, economic reasons or access needs and includes events such as live streaming work to residential care homes, hospitals, hospices etc. Pilot has a very experienced team who offer a bespoke service to ensure that organisations get the most from a live streaming event and we offer advice on strategy building through to delivery on site. For events we use up to four Black Magic professional cameras, which allows us to get a mixture close up and wide shots. Pilot live stream to YouTube which is the most reliable and stable platform, and this can be embedded on to organisation’s own websites. The live stream can also appear on Facebook Live at the same time. Both platforms give opportunities for viewers to comment whilst the live stream is taking place and also provide useful stats. The live stream can remain visible on websites and social media platforms after the event for an indefinite time. The Pilot live streaming service has been used for performances, forum theatre, concerts, outdoor events, panel Q &S sessions, conferences and meeting. These have been a mixture of open live streams for everyone to watch and closed livestream which are targeted at specific audiences and streamed into specific settings.
