TRISTAR ACADEMY Tristar Academy provides security awareness training and mentoring for early-career candidates who want to enter the security industry. Once you have completed a group training seminar and had a 1-1 mentoring session, you will be actively supported in the recruitment process for internships, graduate jobs and early career roles. The Academy will also promote the security industry to talented candidates from a black, ethnic minority, and low social-economic backgrounds who are currently underrepresented in the STEM subjects, including the security domain. We will help these candidates The Academy will help SMEs, and large corporations achieve their diversity and inclusion goals by placing exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds in their organisation. Tristar has in house consultants who come from a; Law enforcement Military, Government and intelligence Security and Defence Or Corporate security background. We understand that most SME’s or start-ups do not have the capacity or requirement for an in-house security team. However, in this digital age, most, if not all, businesses require information security protection or advice.
