STS Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing life-changing cultural exchanges for high school foreign exchange students and American families. With over 30 years of professional experience, STS Foundation is a leader in the field of international education and cultural exchanges. STS Foundation is approved by the Department of State, accredited by CSIET, The Council on Standards for International Educational Travel. STS Foundation takes great pride in maintaining high quality in our work with students, host families and schools. From the inception of STS Foundation we set out to meet the needs of students that wish to participate in a J1 high school exchange program. We made a decision to elevate the standards of the program to meet and exceed the industry standards. We are committed to facilitating a high quality program for all participants, with the sole purpose of providing students with a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow, host families with the opportunity to be citizen diplomats while learning about another culture, and schools with the opportunity to enrich their educational environment. Join our Team: STS Foundation is looking for enthusiastic individuals who like meeting new people and learning new things. We are seeking Local Coordinators throughout the United States who would like to join our team. Local Coordinators are community representatives who mentor our high school exchange students and advocate for our non-profit mission to build lifelong relationships through the power of high school student exchange. STS Foundation Local Coordinators are people involved in their community, are enthusiastic, caring, enjoy learning about new cultures, and have fun sharing their slice of America with others.
