Reverent Sound Music, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that develops fresh voices, fosters a life-long love of music, encourages children to follow their passions and motivates them to set high goals and work hard to achieve them. Founded in 2013, The Reverent Sound Youth Chorus sets its path to uplift and rebuild the community by providing excellence in multicultural music education, performance programs and volunteer work. Where the music program only scratches the surface of this movement, It is our desire to form an organization that will allow us to impart morals, values, and ethics that will raise up young leaders in the community. Our Mission is to uplift the community by equipping our students with the finest musical instruction through fun and flexible teaching methods. Reverent Sound will continually strive toward musical excellence with our focus being to instill hope and inspiration in every student we serve. Our Vision is to help develop and mentor self-discipline, responsibility with accountability, and teach leadership skills to each student member through vocal concepts and outreach program opportunities. In this venue, the experience gained through exposure combined with leadership and volunteer opportunities can become valuable tools in helping students choose wisely as they make educational and career plans after high school. Our aim is to uphold the highest standards of moral conduct and build character to inspire hope for the future as we perform musically and interact socially. The outreach efforts of Reverent Sound Youth Chorus will be to attract, educate and inspire the broadest possible audience to make a difference in this generation through music.
