The LINKS project brings together 17 partners across Europe and beyond. LINKS sets out to understand and assess the effects of social media and crowd-sourcing (SMCS) on European disaster resilience. In the years to come we will create a community of stakeholders, which brings together first-responders, public authorities, civil society organizations, business communities, citizens, and researchers dedicated to improving European disaster resilience.
