BARC's mission is to build a stronger community by helping people with developmental disabilities achieve individual goals for a better life. BARC currently employs over 180 staff and serves over 500 adult clients. About 370 clients are able to work and earn wages through the BARC on-site activity center or supported employment. More than 56% of BARC's $14 million budget is generated by our own goods and services.
