We believe conversations that embody and advocate for the principles of the Beloved Community are the gateways to more just, equitable, inclusive, and loving communities and organizations. The Beloved Community Framework helps leaders conduct difficult organizational and community conversations with stakeholders that lead to healing and repair. We accomplish this by injecting issues into a process modeled on the Restorative Justice Approach and infused with the Beloved Community's five principles. The process is designed to protect and fuel the brave conversations, deep understanding, heart transformations, and other-centric advocacy necessary for participants to create inclusive, high-impact, and restorative solutions.
