Real Talk is a social business dedicated to mental health storytelling. We run storytelling workshop that empower personal narratives around experiences of mental ill health and host community storytelling evenings where those stories are shared, sparking conversation, compassion and connection. We also running bespoke workshops and trainings around positive mental health and storytelling. We have run sold out events during the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival and collaborated with organisations like the Scottish Storytelling Centre, the Scottish Recovery Network and the Edinburgh University Students Association. Our vision is a world that celebrates authenticity and transparency around experiences of mental ill health. Our mission is to use the tools of storytelling to empower personal narratives and foster connection, conversation and compassion in society.
