We are reinstating the tradition of Maidstone pioneer and master distiller, George Bishop, who created quality and world-renowned spirits from our County Town back in 1785. Join us in reclaiming our forgotten heritage to produce spirits of depth, meaning and character that we can all be proud of. George was a champion of the people and it’s time for his legacy to be tasted again. Welcome back, George! Opened in Summer 2020, our distillery sits right in the heart of Kent's County Town and offers visitors the chance to come in and learn all about our history and how it's inspired us to create the spirits we have today. All of our spirits are designed to celebrate our local area and through our distillery tours and gin making experiences we can engage with our visitors to show why we're so passionate about what we are doing. We also offer bespoke events, including virtual tasting packages, to help bring people together whether it be for networking, a workplace event or just a some friends catching up!
