GoBa is the brainchild of Marla Gottschalk, PhD and Kristin Backstrom, PhD. Born during a global pandemic, GoBa brings together the unique skill sets of an experienced organizational development psychologist and a business psychologist, both of whom are passionate about seeing good companies grow and thrive, no matter the external pressures. We decipher where a company needs to improve their core stability, and then help develop that stability in ways that are directly related to achieving business goals. We also increase leader and team competencies through work that focuses on building visible, effective leaders who can execute on strategy and demonstrate value.
