Water4Mercy provides advanced Israeli sustainable and innovative solar, water and agricultural solutions to remote African villages. Through our implementing partners, we are able to provide solar-powered wells and drip irrigation farming to vulnerable communities. Our wells are 100% successful thanks to innovative remote monitoring technology that allows for quick responses to maintenance issues. Coupled with the implementation of drip irrigation farming systems, villages throughout Africa experience our two-fold approach to ending the vicious cycle of poverty. Our latest endeavor is our partnership with the largest Vocational technical institute of schools that span the continent of Africa. Water 4 Mercy’s Agricultural Innovation and Technology Centers (AITEC) will be revolutionary additions to the current vocational curriculum that will provide students with the technical skills to propel them toward economic self-sufficiency and improved nutrition. AITEC offers hands-on training from expert agronomists and opportunities to explore income-generating activities that will improve the health and economy of their local communities.
