Loudoun Broadband Alliance (LBA) is a non-profit* that was formed with a vision to promote development of accessible, reliable, and affordable broadband Internet access for the underserved in Loudoun County. LBA’s effort is driven by research, education, and advocacy to help move the community toward that goal. LBA exists to promote development of accessible, reliable, and affordable broadband Internet access for the underserved in Loudoun County. LBA achieves this vision by: - Educating the community about broadband Internet access technology, issues, and legislative activities that directly impact Loudoun County. - Researching trends and business models, methods and suppliers throughout the Commonwealth. - Advocating through active engagement of the local community, service providers, industry experts, governmental agencies, and other organizations that share LBA’s goals and values.
