The average age of farmers is getting higher worldwide. On top of that, the lack of younger professionals ready to replace the previous generation holds great risks for agricultural market. We are building a sustainable future with young and skillful talents ready to take on the fast-developing and innovative world with live in today. These talents are found all over the world, and yet their entry through European borders and introductions to European practices tend to be complicated. Our mission is to relieve these complications, and facilitate the implementation of university/college acquired knowledge by motivated and competent students ready to test their skills in practice. Thus we give prioritization of our work programs to Bixter-graduates. Since 2007, we have been the bridge between trainees and employers, filling in the gaps and supporting employment needs across industries.
