GMEA Enterprises
www.gmea.usA Fractional Executive is, simply put, an executive who devotes a fraction of his/her time to a company for any number of purposes. Many smaller companies (with a strong desire for growth) would be thrilled to offer full-time employment to an executive with 20+ years of experience, but not at the going price tag. Truthfully, in a smaller company there may be executive level roles that do not require 100% of a skilled exec's time. Experience begets efficiency and consistency. Also, the “consultant” nature of the contract eliminates the lengthy interview process and long-term commitment that comes with filling a traditional executive role. For 35 years, I've attended undergraduate and graduate schools, worked at wonderful companies and shared experiences with many fantastic people. I have no regrets and have very much enjoyed the professional choices I've made, not to mention running track in college (OU and UT), playing in a few rock bands, and continuing to live a very active life. On or about my last birthday (which SPECIFIC birthday is a closely guarded secret), I decided it was time to discontinue working for other people and venture out on my own. Please contact me to discuss your project!
