Verona's mission is to aid and facilitate the growth and enhancement of property casualty insurance agencies nationwide. My journey in this industry began one week out of high school. I started at Advantage Insurance Services, Inc, a startup scratch agency in Kirkland, and immediately fell in love with helping people navigate the complexities of insurance. I learned about running a small business as well as the fear and excitement that goes along with it. I had the pleasure of working with Biggs Insurance in Vancouver WA while attending college and learned more about the structure of a mid-size agency. I moved back to Seattle to be close to family and after having my son in 2009 I began work at HUB International, one of the largest insurance brokerages in the country. I was then recruited to Conover in 2012 to manage a team and build a book of high net worth business. While I also loved so many people at that company, after a few years I was yearning for something more. I have since been on a journey of self-discovery and my time with Mechelsen has taught me that I have a lot to offer to a lot of agencies.
