Founding Principals Greg Minott and Troy Depeiza established DREAM in 2008 with a shared passion for urban redevelopment and a dedication to underserved neighborhoods to­­ make high quality design accessible to everyone. Today, the firm works with clients on new construction and renovations for mixed-use, urban planning, multifamily residential, science and technology, higher education, and historic preservation.
