House was born in 2009 out of a passion for doing the right thing and not cutting corners, as a business we are agile and innovative in our approach of offering solutions that business need. We are not a CV service, with buckets of KPIs to hit! We work with businesses who are brave enough to take a deep breath and do something different. House operate on a consultancy basis and partner recruitment processes. We love nothing more than becoming an extended part of your HR or Senior Management team, working closely with corporate marketing teams, advising and supporting them with recruitment marketing campaigns and concepts to planning and executing a piece of recruitment and turning it around in record time (normally!). The best part of what we do is supporting candidates through what can be a hugely stressful experience. Moving jobs, changing careers, leaving their safety net and taking a leap of faith. We never underestimate how monumental moving jobs is, we are always as clear and transparent as we can be and nothing beats the feeling of knowing you enabled someones career to move to the next stage, or secured them a flexible working role meaning they get more of a life or increased their salary to enable their lives to change. . . . we have been known to shed a tear in the office too.
