Waring Bowman Realty is a new Pocono real estate brokerage founded by Bev Waring, Terry Bowman, and Malcolm Waring. Terry Bowman has been a licensed real estate broker in the Poconos since the 1980's, and has been active in the local construction industry. Bev and Malcolm Waring are also natives of the area and Bev has been very successful in the Pocono real estate business. Malcolm is primarily a technology industry consultant but serves in various positions with the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS®.
