However, with closing of Tennisport due to the City of New York exercising eminent domain over their land, Derek expanded The Tennis Store with Doris Maffia (general manager of Tennisport) to its own retail location at 10 W Neck Rd. in Huntington, NY under the new name, Solow Sports, LLC.
