Olaya Studio is an award wining architectural design firm based in Philadelphia, PA. The MBE firm focuses on servicing university and institutional clients in the mid-Atlantic region, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and District of Columbia. Founded in 2006 by Richard Olaya, the firm offers a wide variety of architectural services including new construction, additions, renovations, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. Our experience includes master planning, programming, architecture, and interior design.
