Datatility was founded in 2003 by network engineers to provide network bandwidth design, engineering, and management services to customers located within the Equinix Data Centers of Ashburn in Northern Virginia. The company grew to offer Tier 1 bandwidth, colocation, security, monitoring and managed network services. Network Strategies achieved a steller reputation as the go-to company on the Equinix campus. In 2010, Jan Rosenberg joined the company as Managing Director and Partner. He brought to Network Strategies years of experience as an entrepreneur skilled in the growth and management of small businesses. Rosenberg assessed and enhanced the administration, sales, marketing and delivery platforms of the business. During this time additional network POPs were opened in Equinix Data Centers in Chicago, San Jose, and London as well as other premier data centers throughout the country. Cloud Data Storage and Backup Services were added to the scope of services in 2011. The company was renamed Datatility to reflect the expanded scope of services in February of 2012. Today, Datatility provides networking, data storage, and colocation services to enterprises ranging in size from the largest retail company in the world to cutting edge startups.
