DEVELOP We typically acquire solar in late stage development. Our acquisition + development team is equipped with the market understanding to thoroughly vet projects from start to finish. Our experience working for and with several of the nation’s largest utilities gives us unmatched insight and relationships for a company of our size. INVEST We invest in a portfolio of clean energy projects. Our team leverages its extensive regulatory and financing knowledge to create solutions that maximize profit for our stakeholders. While we remain flexible on long-term or short-term ownership, we structure our deals with long term ownership in mind. BUILD We provide full engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for all our own projects, as well as for third parties. We hold unlimited general contractor licenses in North Carolina, Virginia, Utah and South Carolina, with the qualifications to attain licenses in nine other states. OPERATE We operate and maintain our assets and provide operations + maintenance (O+M) services for third parties. We provide 24/7 monitoring, perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repairs. We have the expertise to optimize sites and keep them running smoothly.
