In the Bible Jesus is very clear that we are to love God with all our heart, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourself. You can’t love God without loving your neighbor; you can’t love your neighbor without loving God! Because of this, at First UMC, we believe that we are called to put love first in our lives and to live out of a center of love. We are a church that is creating inclusive Christian community by inviting, forming, and sending active disciples of Jesus Christ.
